Wedding Flowers By Time
June 14th, 2006 Posted in Wedding Planning and Ideas
Knowing that a wedding held at night is far more formal than a daytime wedding, it is appropriate to tailor your wedding flower choices to the time of your wedding.
Formal flowers would be those that are considered elegant (roses, orchids, etc.). Anything that you’d see at the White House would be an appropriate formal wedding flower.
Informal flowers should be casual flowers that cost much less (daisies, peonies, etc.). Look for something you can see gracing your kitchen table in a handcrafted crock.
Of course, it’s your wedding and a bride is allowed to break all the rules, but if you want an easy way to pick your flowers, narrow your choices by the time of day your wedding is held.
