Toss Your Bouquet, But Don’t Ruin It!

With all the attention to detail and careful choice that goes into the selection of a bridal bouquet, it’s not surprising that many brides would like to preserve their arrangement as a cherished keepsake. The only unfortunate hitch in that plan is the traditional tossing of the bouquet at the reception following the ceremony, where female relatives, bridesmaid, and mischievous flower girls battle to get their hands on your precious flowers.
A simple solution? The good old switch-eroo. Have your florist create a smaller, less expensive bouquet specifically for the customary toss and set your actual bouquet aside to be properly preserved. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, or nearly as elaborate as the bouquet you carried down the aisle, and a good florist will be able to suggest cost-effective alternatives for brides on a budget.
Keep the relatives happy, and keep your bouquet pristine!
