Roses are a beautiful and traditional wedding flowers. The blooms are responable, versatile, symbolic, and come in many varietes. What’s not to love?

If you have decided on roses here are a few sweet ways to incoprate these blooms into your wedding. These are some simple ways to use roses which will highlight their simplistic beauty.

Invitations
Find letterpressed roses to use as a motif; rose-color paper stock; tiny buds of paper roses attached to the reception card; rose-patterned ribbon tied around the belly of the invite; or pretty floral papers (think Asian-style floral prints) used as tissue inserts.


Scent
Fill vintage vials with rose-scented perfume and give to your attendants as bridesmaid gifts; sprinkle sweet-smelling rose petals in the bathrooms at your reception site; spray rose-scented freshener on all the table linens.


Your wedding gown
Choose embroidered or beaded floral motifs; a vintage floral brooch as a dress adornment; tone-on-tone hand-painted flowers (think brocade); or fabulous fabric flowers (think one satin flower on a large satin sash).

However you decided to incorporate these flowers into your big day, just remember you can’t go wrong with roses!
