Mini arrangements, great decorations!

When your budget is small for your wedding flowers, there are a couple of options you can go for to stretch your dollar. One of these options is to create small arrangements that can be placed in specific parts of your wedding reception which will help create a full, romantic feel without breaking your bank account. These small arrangements can be similar to a boutonniere and corsage in terms of size and shape, and you can use these as small arrFlower decorationsangements for your event.

FiftyFlowers.com offers an exciting 30 piece pack of ready-to-use boutonnieres and corsages. It may seem that 30 Boutonnieres and Corsages is a big pack, but think again! You can actually use them in very creative ways and get the most out of them for your wedding. Here is how:

The average bridal party consists of three bridesmaids and three groomsmen. This means three corsages and three boutonnieres. Now, let’s count the family in! Typically, it consists of Mother and Father of the Bride, and also Mother and Father of the Groom. You cannot leave the groom out, so that is another boutonniere to the list. Finally, if you want a coordinate wedding, you can also give the Master of Ceremony a boutonniere.

For the reception, if you are having a layered cake, mini arrangements would look great as accents to the decoration. Just place one per layer! This would give a very elegant yet simple look to a plain cake. If the cake is not layered, you can place one corsage in opposite corners, which will create a very unique look. For this idea, you will need from two to three small arrangements or corsages. You can also embellish your cake cutters this way. Placing a boutonniere in each will give them a great look. It is simple, yet classic and stylish.

Placing a boutonniere or corsage on each Champaign flute is also a choice which will give the toast a unique look. Make your friends and family remember those nice words and flutes with these beautiful accents. You can also adorn the main table and give it that little extra touch: just fold a napkin and place a corsage around it. It is easy, but it creates a great, elegant effect.

For the bride and groom chair decorations, use your favorite fabric accented by one corsage. It not only differentiates you from the rest of your guests, but also gives you that romantic, chic look. Your favorite thick candles can also be adorned with a corsage. It is not only easy to make, but it would also provide a very graceful and well designed detail for the cake table, main table, candy buffet or any spot that requires decoration.

These simple ideas can get your decorations a long way. Be creative and enjoy decorating with your mini arrangements!

I ordered this for my students prom and gave them away as prizes for the reading club. I have to say they were beautiful and so much cheaper than buying them from the local florist. I used all 30!!! Next year my students will be in total competition. Thanks Fiftyflowers!
